Nevada City Fall Tree Tour 2019
Nevada City has many tourists at well-known seasonal events, such as Summer Nights and Victorian Christmas. Shoulder season tourism provides many benefits to the town and its guests—fewer crowds, more time, and of course, more revenue. Shoulder season tourism is part of a movement towards both sustainable tourism and also cultural tourism. Everyone wins as community resources can support a relatively continuous flow of visitors, often engaged in self-driven activities.
Working with Nevada City Chamber of Commerce and the City of Nevada City, Thumbler cultivated local business partners to promote October as a great time to visit Nevada City. Concerts, a fall color tree tour, a haunted house, and plenty of fun events dotted the entire month of October.
